Gerald R. Moss is the founder of Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1981. He is now the Chairman of the Board. As an attorney-at-law, he specializes in the areas of creditors' rights, real estate, commercial and civil litigation on behalf of financial institutions.

Mr. Moss received his Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University in 1967. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson College of Law, in 1976. In 1978, he obtained his California Real Estate Broker's License.

Mr. Moss is admitted to the courts of California and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Moss is an active member of the United Trustee Association, Arizona Trustee Association, National Association of Realtors and Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
